The agreement between you and Roomkit, including what happens to a room when its period ends.

What Roomkit is
Roomkit turns a playlist you already have into a shareable radio station that plays it. We host the page. We do not host, own, supply or licence any music.
All audio and video is streamed by YouTube through its embedded player, subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. If a rights holder disables embedding for a video, it cannot play here.
Your content
You are responsible for the images you upload and must have the right to use them. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's copyright.
We may remove a station, without refund, if it breaks these terms or if we receive a valid legal complaint about it.
To report a station, write to sunmadhav4321@gmail.com with the station's address and what is wrong with it.
Payment, duration and renewal
Stations are sold for a fixed period of 30 days, or as a lifetime station where offered. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout and include applicable taxes.
When a station's period ends it goes off air. Your content and your chosen address are kept, and the address stays reserved for you, so you can renew and bring it back.
“Lifetime” means for as long as Roomkit operates the service. It is not a guarantee that the service will run indefinitely.
Refunds and cancellation
If a station does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund that purchase in full.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5-7 working days.
We do not refund a station that has been on air and working for the period you paid for, or one removed for breaking these terms.
You can stop using Roomkit at any time; there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and playback depends on YouTube, which is outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
